By placing an order on our website, you agree to all our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product used or damaged by customer
- Missing original packaging
- Customized or specially made products
- Return request made after 3 days of delivery
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or agreed refund method.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, refund or store credit may be provided.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or operational delays.
Customer Agreement
By checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox during checkout, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies including Return, Refund, Exchange, and Shipping policies.
रिटर्न एवं रिफंड पॉलिसी (Hindi)
हमारी वेबसाइट पर ऑर्डर करने के साथ ही ग्राहक हमारी सभी नियम एवं शर्तों, रिटर्न पॉलिसी, रिफंड पॉलिसी और शिपिंग पॉलिसी से सहमत माना जाएगा।
रिटर्न पॉलिसी
ग्राहक डिलीवरी प्राप्त होने की तारीख से 3 दिनों के अंदर रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट कर सकता है। प्रोडक्ट बिना इस्तेमाल किया हुआ, सही स्थिति में और अपनी मूल पैकेजिंग में होना चाहिए।
निम्न स्थितियों में रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:
- ग्राहक द्वारा इस्तेमाल या क्षतिग्रस्त प्रोडक्ट
- ओरिजिनल पैकेजिंग उपलब्ध न होना
- कस्टमाइज्ड या विशेष रूप से तैयार किया गया प्रोडक्ट
- डिलीवरी के 3 दिन बाद की गई रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट
रिफंड पॉलिसी
रिटर्न किया गया प्रोडक्ट प्राप्त होने और जांच पूरी होने के बाद रिफंड प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। स्वीकृत रिफंड सामान्यतः 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर मूल भुगतान माध्यम या सहमति अनुसार माध्यम में प्रोसेस कर दिया जाएगा।
एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी
एक्सचेंज प्रोडक्ट उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करेगा। यदि मांगा गया साइज या प्रोडक्ट उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो रिफंड या स्टोर क्रेडिट दिया जा सकता है।
शिपिंग एवं डिलीवरी
वेबसाइट पर दिखाई गई डिलीवरी समय-सीमा अनुमानित है। स्थान, कूरियर सेवा, मौसम या अन्य कारणों से डिलीवरी समय में बदलाव हो सकता है।
ग्राहक सहमति
Checkout के समय Terms & Conditions पर टिक करने का अर्थ है कि ग्राहक ने हमारी सभी Return, Refund, Exchange और Shipping Policies को पढ़ लिया है और उनसे सहमति दी है।
